Intelligence-Grade Outbound  ·  PipelineOps™

We acquire customers the way intelligence agencies recruit assets.

Built by intelligence operators, PipelineOps™ is an engineered outbound system that delivers meetings with high-intent decision makers directly to your calendar. By the time we connect you, prospect demand is validated, trust is established, and alignment is clear.

We manage everything. No software, training, or operational lift on your end. We scout and shape. You close and celebrate.

This is Not Your
Core Business.

Your company was not built to run outbound infrastructure.

Build it yourself and you cobble together software, lists, and automation. Your team manages tools instead of moving deals. You have a tech stack, but no momentum. Hire a vendor and a pattern emerges. Meetings get booked but nothing advances. Your SDRs question quality. Leadership asks where the revenue is. You're left defending spend instead of reporting wins.

PipelineOps™ is an end-to-end, integrated system built for precision and conversion. And if it doesn't work, we run it for free until it does.

Included: Built-in Exclusivity

When a category is secured, it closes. We don't run the same system for competing firms in the same vertical and geography. That exclusivity is your competitive advantage.

But note. If you're evaluating this, your competitors are too.

The PipelineOps™ Method

Our infrastructure does three things exceptionally well

Detect the Intent

We only pursue leads entering an active buying window. We determine this by monitoring signals, such as leadership changes, capital events, hiring activity, M&A, regulatory shifts, technology investments, geographic expansion, RFPs, product launches, and more. We don't track surface noise. We find real windows to act. When a condition is met, we validate demand, assign confidence, and expand to adjacent accounts showing similar patterns. Our approach positions you as a timely problem solver, not a cold product pusher.

Decode the Human

Buying is an emotional process disguised as a logical one. We enrich each lead with firmographic, technographic, and behavioral insights. Outreach is tailored not just to the company or title, but to the human behind the screen. Our messaging resonates because it was designed for a person–not a persona.

Deploy the Sequence

Once demand is verified, we deploy a coordinated sequence across digital and physical channels. A combination of voice, video, LinkedIn, email, text, warm introductions, dimensional outreach, and handwritten artifacts are launched based on context. We engineer familiarity, credibility, and momentum before the first call.

Our Execution Model

A five-phase system that delivers qualified sales meetings. Consistently.

We document exactly who you are selling to and why they're likely to act. Buying conditions, roles, and clear disqualifiers are explored and set. You leave this phase knowing who deserves attention and who doesn't.

Our Guarantee

PipelineOps™ is engineered to produce qualified meetings. If it doesn't, we run it for free until it does.

One conversation will tell you if we're the right fit — and we mean it.

We don't run discovery calls to pitch you. We run them to determine whether PipelineOps™ is right for your situation. If it is, we'll show you exactly how it'd be built for your vertical. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.

Who We Take On

We say No
to protect our Yes.

We are as selective about our clients as you are about yours. Before we accept a new client, we verify fit. Not every firm qualifies, and that's intentional.

We Work With
Pursuing high-value B2B contracts
A defined ICP — but no scalable system to reach them
A sales team ready to close qualified conversations
Complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles
Frustrated by generic outbound and inconsistent results
Committed to building a serious pipeline, not chasing quick wins
We Don't Work With
Low-ticket or transactional sales models
No clear ICP or unstable product-market fit
No internal capacity to follow through on meetings
Looking for an outsourced sales team, not infrastructure
Seeking volume over conversion quality
PRICING
On Pricing

This is configured infrastructure, not outsourced labor or a leads list. Our pricing reflects the cost of the system, the expertise required to run it, and the cost of exclusivity — us declining to serve your competitors. We don't typically offer discounts.

The question our most successful clients ask: how many deals does it take to pay for itself?
For most of our clients, the answer is one.

We're Hiring.

We're building something seriously effective. Be part of something big.

TradecraftAI is growing. We're looking for operators, not order-takers. People who have built things, figured things out without a playbook, and understand that discipline and creativity are not opposites.

The Mission

Most outbound fails because it is aimed at the wrong person, at the wrong time, with the wrong message. The Intelligence Analyst, Commercial Targeting exists to make that impossible. You will be responsible for the targeting layer of PipelineOps — the methodology that identifies which companies are entering a buying window, which individuals inside those companies hold real decision authority, and what conditions have created the opening. This is not lead research. This is target development.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct structured target development for client verticals using open-source intelligence, proprietary data sources, and behavioral indicators
  • Build and maintain target packages — documented profiles of key decision-makers including professional history, organizational pressures, communication patterns, and inferred priorities
  • Identify and validate organizational buying signals: executive transitions, regulatory filings, funding events, hiring velocity, competitive activity, and press behavior
  • Apply structured analytic techniques — ACH, red teaming, link analysis — to assess confidence in targeting decisions and surface disqualifying factors early
  • Collaborate with the sequencing team to translate target intelligence into outreach calibration, ensuring every message reflects what is known about the individual, not just the company
  • Maintain analytic integrity: document sourcing, flag uncertainty, and never allow a target to move to outreach without a validated confidence score
  • Continuously refine targeting methodology based on conversion data — what signals predicted a meeting, what predicted a dead end

This is not a sales role. You will not be measured on meetings booked or revenue closed. You will be measured on targeting accuracy, analytic quality, and the degree to which your work makes every downstream action more precise.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in intelligence analysis, military intelligence, law enforcement intelligence, or a closely adjacent discipline — you understand what targeting actually means
  • Demonstrated ability to produce structured analytic products under operational timelines — you have written assessments that informed real decisions
  • Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information — you know how to work a problem when the picture is not yet clear
  • Strong written communication — you can translate complex intelligence into crisp, actionable language that a non-analyst can act on
  • Familiarity with open-source research tools and commercial data platforms
  • Commercial awareness — you understand how businesses buy and how decisions get made inside organizations
  • Active security clearance is a plus but not required

Compensation

Competitive base commensurate with experience. Performance incentives tied to client outcomes. Full benefits. Remote-eligible with preference for DC/DMV proximity.

Send a brief note about your background to justask@tradecraftai.co. No formal cover letter required. We will respond within two business days.

The Mission

Signals are a commodity. Every outbound platform in the market sells intent data. The edge is not knowing that a company is in a buying window. The edge is knowing exactly what to say to the person inside that company — and why they will respond. The Behavioral Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the human layer of PipelineOps. You will develop deep psychological and behavioral profiles of individual decision-makers — not personas, not job titles, not demographics — and translate that understanding into messaging intelligence that makes every outreach feel like it was written by someone who already knew them.

What You Will Do

  • Develop individual behavioral profiles for high-priority targets, synthesizing professional history, communication style, public writing, social media behavior, organizational context, and career trajectory
  • Identify the emotional and professional pressures driving each target — what they are measured on, what they are worried about, what a win looks like for them personally
  • Model likely objection patterns, decision timelines, and trust-building requirements for each target before outreach begins
  • Translate behavioral profiles into precise messaging guidance: the right frame, the right tone, the right opening, and the right call to action for each individual
  • Build and maintain a psychographic taxonomy across client verticals — codifying what resonates with which profiles under which conditions
  • Collaborate with the targeting team to ensure behavioral intelligence informs prioritization decisions, not just messaging
  • Develop internal frameworks and playbooks that systematize the behavioral layer so it scales beyond any one analyst

Buying is an emotional process disguised as a logical one. When your work is right, a prospect reads an outreach message and thinks the sender already understands their situation. That feeling of being found rather than targeted is the outcome this role produces. It is measurable. It is yours to own.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in behavioral analysis, organizational psychology, consumer behavior, communications research, or intelligence analysis with a human-factors focus
  • Demonstrated ability to construct individual behavioral profiles from open-source and secondary information
  • Strong pattern recognition — you see what drives people's decisions from the outside, even when they do not articulate it themselves
  • Exceptional writing ability — you understand that the difference between a message that gets a response and one that does not is often a single word
  • Analytical rigor — you document your reasoning, flag uncertainty, and do not confuse inference with fact
  • Familiarity with research on persuasion, decision-making, and behavioral economics is a significant plus
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or communications that required understanding audience psychology at the individual level

Compensation

Competitive base commensurate with experience. Performance incentives tied to client outcomes. Full benefits. Remote-eligible with preference for DC/DMV proximity.

The Mission

PipelineOps is a long-term system, not a short-term campaign. The value compounds over time — targeting sharpens, messaging refines, and the pipeline becomes more predictable with every month the system runs. The Client Success Lead exists to ensure our clients stay long enough to see that compounding — and that when they do, they expand. This is not a support role. This is a strategic role. You will own the primary relationship for TradecraftAI's most complex enterprise clients.

What You Will Do

  • Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts — primary point of contact for senior stakeholders including C-suite and VP-level contacts
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly performance cadences, presenting pipeline metrics, meeting quality data, conversion analysis, and forward targeting strategy
  • Identify performance gaps early and work with internal teams to adjust targeting, messaging, and sequencing before the client sees a problem
  • Manage renewal conversations proactively — never let a contract approach expiration without a clear path to extension
  • Identify expansion opportunities: new verticals, new geographies, new buyer profiles within existing accounts — and build the business case for each
  • Serve as the internal voice of the client — translating what enterprise accounts need into product and operational feedback that makes the system better
  • Manage escalations with composure and accountability — when something is not performing, you own the conversation and the recovery plan

TradecraftAI operates on exclusivity. When we sign a client, that vertical closes. That means our growth depends entirely on doing exceptional work for the clients we have — and our clients staying and expanding. The Client Success Lead is the person who makes that possible.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or strategic partnerships — with meaningful tenure in enterprise or mid-market B2B environments
  • Track record of retaining and expanding complex accounts — you have owned renewal targets and hit them
  • Experience managing senior executive relationships — you are comfortable in a boardroom and know how to communicate performance without losing the thread
  • Strong analytical instincts — you understand the data behind what you are managing and can explain performance clearly
  • Background in or exposure to outbound sales, marketing technology, or revenue operations is a significant plus
  • High emotional intelligence — you know when a client is satisfied, when they are at risk, and when they are ready for more, often before they say so
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — your executive updates are tight, honest, and always oriented toward what happens next

Compensation

Competitive base plus performance incentives tied to net revenue retention and expansion. Full benefits. Remote-eligible with preference for DC/DMV proximity.
